Public Offer for OnlineTool Services Credits and Digital Services

This public offer governs the use of the OnlineTool Services account, internal credits and supported BMW-compatible digital diagnostic and configuration services.

1. Credits

Credits are internal accounting units used only inside the OnlineTool Services account to pay for digital services on this website. Credits are not currency, electronic money, securities, cryptocurrency, a payment instrument, or a stored-value wallet. Credits cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for cash, withdrawn, resold, or used outside OnlineTool Services.

2. Digital services

The website provides digital processing services: NCD 2.0 processing of user-provided FA/SVT XML files; CBB Validation processing of a user-provided CBB request; KDS processing of a user-provided KDS JSON request; SFA package processing by VIN; and ISTA Token processing of a user-provided diagnostic request. The result is provided electronically as a file or ZIP archive when technically available.

3. Price and payment

Service prices are shown on the service pages and in the account. Top-up packages are paid through YooKassa. Credits are added to the account after successful payment confirmation.

4. Receipt

After successful payment, the self-employed seller registers the income in the Russian “Мой налог” service and sends the self-employed receipt to the account email or to the user through support on request.

5. Refunds

Unused credits can be reviewed for refund if no digital service has been provided. To request a refund, contact dorozhkin@mail.ru or Telegram @andrey_gagarin and specify the account email, payment date and payment amount. Requests are reviewed within up to 10 calendar days. Refund is made to the original payment method when technically possible.

6. Independence and compatibility

OnlineTool Services is independent and is not affiliated with BMW AG, its subsidiaries, dealers, or official service networks. BMW and related marks are used only to describe compatibility.
