Terms of Use

Users create an account and use supported BMW-compatible digital services with internal credits. Credits are internal accounting units only; they are not money, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn.

Users are responsible for providing correct input data, checking compatibility before placing a request and ensuring that they have the right to use the submitted data. Digital results are provided electronically through the website.

Service availability depends on technical conditions and the correctness of user-provided data. Credits are deducted only after successful preparation of the result by the backend.

After successful payment, the self-employed seller issues a receipt through the “Мой налог” service and sends it to the account email or support contact.

OnlineTool Services is independent and is not affiliated with BMW AG. BMW and related marks are used only to describe compatibility.
