Refund Policy

Unused credits can be reviewed for refund if no digital service has been provided. Once credits are spent and the digital result has been prepared or delivered, refund is possible only when a confirmed technical error of the service prevented delivery or made the result unusable.

To request a refund, contact dorozhkin@mail.ru or @andrey_gagarin and specify the account email, payment date and payment amount.

Refund requests are reviewed within up to 10 calendar days. Refund is made to the original payment method when technically possible.
